Definition

Active status of a task in Grants Management (GM) report tracking.

It is used in the "Report Tracking" tab in the grant master data maintenance.

Active status can have the following values:

• Active

  Any normal record has this value.

• To Be Inactive

  In the grant master data maintenance process, a record will be flagged with this value, since deletion is not allowed, if the following apply:

• The record has been scheduled previously
• Some jobs have been run in the past

  Afterwards, if the user actually saves the grant, this particular record becomes "Inactive".

• Inactive

  If a record has become "Inactive", it cannot be scheduled anymore.
