Definition

The BAPI modules intended for RFCs in the records system should be as simple as possible to use. There are several tables that contain the values for the parameters that control the integration with the Records Management System. These values can be defined as constants or as values that depend on parameters such as the grant type or the budget document type.

In some cases, several parameter values are useful to one grant type or business partner. These values are then distinguished in each individual configuration table by a sequential number.
