This flag is used in the sponsored program and sponsored class master data to identify all Funds Management (FM) objects to be considered as default entries at the time the Grants Management (GM) budget document is created.
- In the sponsored class master data, you can select the commitment items to be automatically added to the GM budget document.
- In the sponsored program master data, you can select the combination of funds center, function area, and funded program to be automatically added to the GM budget document.
