Definition

The budget status scenario defines the process on which budget releases take place.

Possible values:

• Only Released
• The budget for the grant is released immediately. A releasing procedure is not necessary, which means that the budget is available for consumption as soon as it is created.
• Unreleased/Released
• The budget of the grant is initially unreleased. After going through a releasing procedure, the budget becomes available for consumption
