Documentation
Definition
With this field, you can define a GM budgeting layout sequence. You do this by defining what dimensions you want and the order in which they occur. Up to four optional dimensions are available, as follows:
- Fund
- Sponsored program
- Sponsored class
- Time slice
If you are working on phase 1 (proposal) or 2 (application) of your grant, you can choose any dimensions in whatever order you require. If you are working in phase 3 (award), you should use all the dimensions, but you can choose any order.
Internally, the system identifies the dimension using the first letter, so:
- F for fund
- P for Sponsored program
- C for sponsored Class
- T for Time slice
