Documentation
Definition
Specifies the category of the first-level checks:
- Required Fields
For the FI document in question, the system checks the fields stored under Assign Check Objects (document header and item). If one of the fields does not contain a value, the system displays the message First-level check: Enter a correct value for field '&1' (GLE_ECS_MSG_S, 002), and creates an ECS item. You can use up to 20 fields.
- Customer-specific checks
The system interprets the values stored under Assign Check Objects as function modules. Function module GLE_ECS_FL_ERCS_SAMPLE is a sample fm that you can use as a template for creating your own function modules. Parameter E_TAB_ITEM_MSG can contain a message. If an exception is triggered, the system displays the message First-level check: Custom check failed (GLE_ECS_MSG_S, 004) and creates an ECS item.
