Use
If you use the ECS Item Created On date as a selection criterion, the system returns all ECS items, regardless of whether there are FI documents for them, from the time period specified.
If you use the FI entry date as the selection criterion, the system returns only those ECS items for which there are FI documents.
Dependencies
The ECS Item Created On date is used as a selection criterion in Error Correction and Suspense Accounting because not all ECS items have an FI document.
Note: The FI entry date field is empty for ECS items for which there is no FI document.
