Definition

If this indicator is activated, the data is updated to the monthly average ledger in real time.

Use

The monthly average ledger is usually updated at periodic intervals using report RGLE_ADB_MONTHLY_AVG_CALC. Transaction GADBKFC can be used to determine the ADB key figures accurately at any time.

If customer-specific reports access the monthly average ledger and request realtime data, this request cannot be executed in real time using report RGLE_ADB_MONTHLY_AVG_CALC.

Dependencies

• Prerequisite:
  The ledgers in a ledger environment should ideally be assigned to the same totals table. The monthly average ledger and the general ledger must be assigned to the same totals table.
• Rounding differences:
  This is simply a preliminary update of the monthly average ledger. As is the case for the classic SL average balance ledger, rounding differences may occur. These are corrected in the final run of report RGLE_ADB_MONTHLY_AVG_CALC, however.
