Measurement group is uniquely linked to a characteristic and is used to store the main reading like volume or quantity.
Use
- It is used to group the measurements.
- It is a template for the creation of PM measurement points. For this, measurement group is uniquely linked to a PM measurement point category.
- It can be linked to a volume category in allocation. This helps in restricting the volume type against the measurement group, once this measurement group is assigned to a network object.
- It can be linked to a QCI parameter for QCI conversion purposes.
