Definition
This field contains a derived hazard pay scale.
When a hazard pay scale is defined, two hazard pay scales ('A' and 'B') derived from this hazard pay scale and a percentage can be specified. The hazard pay scale defined in this way thus forms a composite hazard pay scale.
For persons assigned to a composite hazard pay scale (for example, when this hazard pay scale is used in infotype 0029), all wage elements (remuneration and hours) are split in the specified ratio when the wage statements are created at the end of processing.
