Green

The permit has already been issued.

Yellow

The permit has not yet been issued, although its issue is:

• Required or recommended at release and the basic start date is before the key date
• Required or recommended at completion and the basic end date is before the key date

Red

The permit has not yet been issued, although its issue is:

• Required at release and the basic start date is already in the past
• Required at completion and the basic end date is already in the past
