Documentation

You must only enter something in this field when you use the relational operator BE. This means when the information in the field field should be compared to a certain value set.

Note

The German statements use this field in a different way. You can find information about this in the IMG of payroll accounting under statements -> General notes -> Special features of statements.

Supplementary Documentation - FWRT2 1704

Use

This field is used differently in Statements.

It specifies whether the field to be output is a table, or a rule which defines how a value is to be printed.

This field is interpreted as follows:

1st character

If the first character is not 'space', a table is printed. This entry can also specify the number of columns to be printed for the field.

2nd+3rd characters

If you want to print a field in several columns, you can define the space between each column. Enter this value here. In the case of a single column printout, the second character indicates that you only want to print the first entry that satisfies this rule (F) or the last entry (L).
