Definition
This date stipulates the date from which cash management data (level, date, amount) is supplied to the G/L account lines during data setup (program RFFUEB00).
If a document line is not supplied with this data and if this document is cancelled after the cash management data setup, the cancelled amount is not removed from the cash position even though the cancelled document was included in the data setup.
Changes to the document also have no effect on the cash position if there is no cash management data in the document line.
To avoid unnecessarily long runtimes for the setup program, the date you set should not be any further in the past than the period when cancellations or document changes are possible or probable. The decisive factor here is the document posting date.
Only documents still available in the document database (table BSEG) are included. Archived documents are not included.
This date has no effect on parked documents because these are usually supplied with cash management data.
