Definition
The exchange is specified on which the entered market value or market price was found.
The following logic applies when selecting market value or market price (and similarly reflects the logic used when filling the marketplace):
- If a marketplace is defined in "Maintain Exchange for Each Company Code and ID Number" (transaction TPM59, table PINT_STOCKEXC), then this marketplace is used.
- If no marketplace is defined, then the most recent market price is taken. If the home exchange is available, then it is preferable to use this. Otherwise, the exchange that comes first alphabetically is used.
