Documentation
Definition
Specifies that the item is a secondary output of the formula.
Use
Dependencies
If a formula has more than one output, one is the primary output and all others are secondary outputs.
In certain cases in formula explosion, only the formulas of a substance are further exploded in which the substance is a secondary output. In order for this to happen, you have to make sure that the No Sec. Output (no explosion of secondary outputs) and Pr.Output Calc. (calculation according to primary outputs) indicators are not set for the explosion scope in Customizing for Formulas under Specify Explosion Scopes.
For more information about formula explosion, see the Recipe Management documentation.
Example
A formula produces material X, whereby 10 % of input material Y is recovered. X and Y are then output materials of the formula and Y is the secondary output.
