Definition

Specifies the validity area used to read data from the SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) component or to write data to this component for the tab page of the formula.

Use

If, on the tab page, the system reads data from the property tree of the formula or primary output, or writes it to the buffer, it uses this validity area.

Dependencies

The validity area depends on the Value Assignment Rating for Reading and Writing EH&S Data.

Example

For example, you can choose the Write Data to Primary Output function in the Input and Output formula view so that the system writes calculated data to the property tree of the primary output.

Examples of calculated data:

  • Values, such as density and total solids are calculated for the primary output in the Input and Output formula view.
  • In the Composition and Nutrients views, the system calculates composition data and transfers it to the property tree of the primary output.
