Documentation
Definition
Specifies the value of an abstract characteristic for output with Excel.
Use
When comparing the value assignments from the property tree, the system builds a table that contains the following data for each value of a value assignment (for example, Density):
- Name of the formula
- Description of the value assignment
- Sort sequence
- Description of the characteristic (for example, Accuracy, Value, Usage)
- Characteristic value
Note:
The term characteristic is defined differently for the comparisons in the Excel outputs than in the SAP Classification System or Environment, Health and Safety components. In the comparisons, a characteristic is a value that exists for a value assignment and therefore includes characteristics of the classification system as well as usages.
This is necessary because when you transform data to a comparison table you have to work with aggregation of column and row keys, independent of the significance of a value.
