Definition

Specifies that the data of a formula is not output on reports if at least one entry exists for the scope of application that:

• Applies to the report (see Formula Data Output on Reports)
• Has a status with this indicator. (The status check indicator must be set in the generation variant or dialog window of the report from template function in order for the system to check the status).

This setting applies to the following data:

• Within the formula repeating groups FORM and FORMREC, all formula data
• Outside these repeating groups, for
• Identifiers of a formula
• Value assignments in the property tree of a formula

  No checks take place for the formula header data
