Definition
Description of the material price (for example, standard price or moving average price) in the dropdown box in the Costs view.
Use
You select a material price from the dropdown box, which is to provide the base for costing.
Dependencies
You specify the material prices that are available in the dropdown box in Customizing for Formulas under Set Material Price for Costing.
We recommend that you specify a standard material price that is used when the Costs view is called and when the costs are displayed.
