Documentation
Definition
Key that identifies a function module.
Supplementary Documentation - FRMLE_FUNCNAME0001
Definition
Specifies the function module that is executed when you choose the function in the formula view.
Use
If you want to generate the data in one view from the data in another view, assign the generation function to the view whose data you use to generate the data in the other view. The data of the first view is passed on to the function for processing.
Dependencies
Depending on the formula view, bear in mind the following:
- There are up to 20 pushbuttons available in the formula views to which you can assign different functions.
You can also show individual pushbuttons in display mode as executable. To do this you have to set the ActivDispl indicator in Customizing for Formulas under Set Up Functions for Formula Views.
- You can use the first pushbutton to assign one function to the BOM pseudo view. This function is then provided with BOM data when it is called. You start the function in the initial screen of formula editing via the Environment menu.
- To call generation functions from your own views, you must implement the pushbuttons and function call in the function group of the formula view.
Example
Supplementary Documentation - FRMLE_FUNCNAME0002
Definition
Name of the function module that is to be used to carry out the function you selected.
Use
Dependencies
Depending on the formula view, note the following:
- You can assign functions for the activities Sum all items, Check all items, and Check individual items to the standard views I/O materials, I/O substances, and Composition.
Exception:
The output materials of the Composition view are taken over from the I/O substances view without any further checks. Only the totals function is executed for them. - You cannot assign check and totals functions on the other standard views.
- For the system to be able to take check and totals functions into account in customer-defined views, you must implement the function call in the function group of the formula view of subview.
