Use

You use environment parameters, to specify the field attributes of material and substance items on the I/O materials, I/O substances, and Composition formula views.

Each environment parameter identifies:

Dependencies

The output substances of the Composition view are taken over from the I/O substances view without any further checks. For this reason, you cannot maintain field attributes for this subview.

Use

You use environment parameters to influence different functions in formula processing. The following list provides an overview of the environment parameters available.

If required, you can create your own parameters in addition to the standard parameters and assign values to them. You can take these settings into account, for example, in the screen of your own formula views or in your own check or generation functions.
