Documentation
Definition
Process step that you want to perform with the assigned function in the formula view or partial view, for example, checking or calculating the total of all items.
Use
Dependencies
This key specifies when the function is called. The following is valid for the standard views I/O-Materials, I/O-Substances and Composition:
- The action check individual item is always performed if you choose ENTER.
- The action check all items is perfomed if you leave the formula maintenance view. You can also call the function using the @38@ (Check) pushbutton.
Exception:
The output materials of the Composition view are transferred without further checks from the I/O-Substances view. Only the totals function is performed for these.
So that check and totals functions are taken into account in customer-specific views, you must implement the function call in the function group of the formula view or partial view.
