Specifies that the release code is relevant to workflow.

Use

SAP Business Workflow is a tool that automates the release (approval) process.

If employees to whom a workflow relevant release code has been assigned have to release (approve) a document, they see a work item in their integrated inbox. When this work item is executed, the release transaction is invoked and the document is offered for release or rejection.

Procedure

Set the indicator if the release code is relevant to workflow.

Then maintain the settings under workflow. Here you assign an object from Organizational Management to the release code. The responsible employees are then determined at workflow runtime via role resolution.
