Definition
The Company Identification is used for creating the ACH file. Which particular identification is used (tax number, ARE number, or some other free number) is agreed between the bank and the company.
Use
The Company Identification is transferred in fields BH5 (Batch Header, Record 5) and BC7 (Batch Control, Record 8).
Dependencies
If the parameter is not filled, the system uses the value for the USA Tax Identification Number (TIN) that is maintained in the additional data for the company code.
