Use
Ensures that when you create a planning round, a collaboration room (cRoom) is created.
The cRoom provides various collaboration services (e-mail, tasks, instant messaging, documentation store) that can be used to considerably simplify processing of the planning round.
Dependencies
The cRoom can only be created providing the Knowledge Management (EP-KM) component has been installed in the portal.
If no cRoom is created, you are advised to set the indicator Notification by E-mail, so that the planner is informed automatically.
