Definition

Text variables that can be used in the long texts of a budget memo for revenues increasing the budget (budget memo type 01, 02, 03, 04, 05).

Use

The following text variables are supported.

• BEINTLOPT, BEINTLOCT
  Type of lower limit increase interval for the payment budget (PB) or commitment budget (CB)
• BEINTHIPT, BEINTHICT
  Type of upper limit increase interval for the PB or CB.
• BEINTLOAP, BEINTLOAC
  Absolute amount of lower limit in increase interval for the PB or CB.
• BEINTHIAP, BEINTHIAC:
  Absolute amount of upper limit in increase interval for the PB or CB.
• BEINTLOPP, BEINTLOPC
  Percentage lower limit in increase interval for the PB or CB.
• BEINTLENC, BEINTLENP
  Absolute difference between lower and upper limit in the increase interval for the PB or CB.
• BEINCEVMP, BEINCEVMC
  Event that leads to budget increase: Expected revenues, invoice receipt, payment receipt.
• BEINCEV61P, BEINCEV61C
  Additional event that leads to budget increase: Down payment
• BEINCEV66P, BEINCEV66C
• Additional event that leads to budget increase: Transfer posting
• BERCFMALI
  Expenditure FM account assignments that can consume additional revenues of a revenue FM account assignment.

You can also use General Text Variables.

Note that there must be an '&' immediately before the name of the text variable in the long text of the budget memo.

Example

You want the assigned expenditure FM account assignments to be entered in the text when the budget memo is printed: Enter '&CPMFMALI' followed by a space in the long text of the budget memo.
