Definition

Text variables that can be used in the long texts of a budget memo for reciprocal cover eligibility (budget memo type 10, 11).

Use

The following values are supported for the text variables.

• CPNAME: Name of cover pool
• CPDESCR: Short text of cover pool
• CPMFMALI: Member of cover pool
  The budget memos are issued in format (commitment item/funds center/fund/functional area).
• CPTYPE: Type of cover pool (manual or automatic)

You can also use General text variables .

Note that there must be an '&' immediately before the name of the text variable in the long text of the budget memo.

Dependencies

The text variables are filled in the function module FMTX_HVM_FILL_STRUCTURE_FMAA.

Example

You want the member of the cover pool to be entered automatically in the long text of the budget memo when the budget memo is printed.

Enter '&CPMFMALI' followed by a space in the long text of the budget memo.
