If this indicator is set, you are no longer allowed to change the amount of an earmarked fund manually.

If earmarked funds are subject to an approval procedure, the indicator is set in the workflow, for example, following the final approval of a document.

If earmarked funds are not subject to an approval procedure and the manual indicator is set, you cannot reset the document again once it has been saved.
