Definition
Indicator specifying how the system is to react if a RIB document is posted that transfers more budget than available from a rule for Revenues Increasing the Budget (RIB).
Use
The following usages are possible:
- If you want to block manual RIB documents which transfer more budget to the receiving expenditure budget addresses than is available from the revenues collected at the revenue addresses (that is, contributing to the RIB rule), you must choose the message type Error.
- If you want to authorize that manual RIB documents are to transfer more budget than available through collected revenues, then you can choose either message type Warning or No Message.
