Procedure
With this indicator, you can determine if commitment item categories are relevant for the present check rule.
- If you do not check this indicator, the commitment item categories of a budget address will be evaluated in the consistency check.
- If you check this indicator, the commitment item categories are aggregated and therefore won´t be evaluated in the consistency check.
