Shows the amount still open in earmarked funds in local currency.

Use

The open amount in an earmarked funds is the amount available for reduction by other documents, such as invoices. Other documents can draw on the earmarked funds up to this amount.

Examples

The amount still open in a funds commitment is $80. The earmarked funds can be reduced by up to $80. If the funds commitment is reduced by an invoice for $70, the open amount falls to $10. Reduction by $90 would not be possible.

Dependencies

If an amount overrun is allowed for some earmarked funds, because you have stipulated either an overrun percentage of unlimited overrun, the reduction can exceed the open amount accordingly.
