Example
In this sample certification procedure, two certification runs are required, with the following phases:
- Certification of the funds commitment
- Subsequent certification of the corresponding invoices
The first phase is only permitted for funds commitments, while the second is only permitted for invoices.
Furthermore, the second phase has as its prerequisite the execution of the first phase.
