Contribution replaced using fixed amount
Use
The fixed amount overwrites the normal contribution amount calculated for certification, which was maintained using the contribution rate.
In some cases, it may be necessary to specify a contribution that is higher than the contribution originally calculated using expenditure documents and the contribution rate. This is enabled using the fixed amount.
Dependencies
Example
Originally, you specified only one expenditure document with 100 Euros and a contribution rate of 80%, meaning that the normal contribution would be 80 Euros.
If in Customizing, you have instead set the fixed amount at 1,000 Euros, the contribution will still be 1,000 Euros, even if there is only one certified expenditure document for 100 Euros. This means that the fixed amount is selected as the contribution, regardless of the calculated contributions.
