Definition
For each FM account assignment element, a status is defined which determines how the element is handled in budgeting.
Status "Not used" - the FM acount assignment element is not used in budgeting.
Status "Mandatory" - the FM account assignment element is used in budgeting and is mandatory. The element should always contain a valid value.
Status "Optional" - the FM account assignment element is used in budgeting and is optional. The element can be filled with a valid value or be left empty (initial value).
