Definition

With this indicator you distinguish between manual and automatic cover groups.

The following values are supported:

  • "M": Manual cover group. If you choose this value, budget addresses which are assigned to a manual cover group share their budget values for manual transfers by applying the budget process Transfer CE.
    Note
    A given budget address may belong to several manual cover groups.
  • "A": Automatic cover group (standard AVC). Here, availability control automatically shares budget and budget consumption values between members of such a cover group for checks in the standard control ledgers 9H or 9I. A given budget address may belong to at most one automatic cover group (standard AVC), per budget category and fiscal year.
