Definition
A combination of values of the workflow status that are taken into account for availability control (AVC):
- " ": Posted budget and preposted budget documents (= all values of the workflow status) are taken into account.
In this case, preposted budget is checked by AVC according to the rule of maximum caution: Preposted budget values only trigger AVC messages if they will actually reduce the amount still available for future budget consumption.
- "P": Only the posted budget is taken into account for availability control.
