Definition

This field defines how value types and, if applicable, budget types are selected for checks in the chosen availability control ledger.

The following values are currently supported:

  • " ": the relevant value types and, if applicable, budget types, are derived from fund-dependent settings (Customizing activitities for Budget Types and for Budget Releases in the IMG chapter BCS Budgeting), which define the consumable budget for all processes in budgeting and availability control.

    As a result, you will not be able to explicitly select a value type or specific budget types in the filter settings for availability control.

  • "B": Only budget data with value type B1 (or budget) enter availability control. In addition, you can select specific budget types, which are then relevant for all checks in the selected control ledger.
