Documentation
Definition
If you set this indicator, the program only selects availability control objects (including cover groups) with a budget deficit, which means that the consumable budget has been exceeded by the consumed amounts. For the definition of budget deficits, usually a maximum usage rate of 100% is specified.
Negative Budget Values and Budget Deficits
If the consumable budget of a control object is negative, the program indicates a budget deficit only if there are positive consumed amounts. In this case, there will be no budget deficit if the consumed amounts are 0 or even negative.
Depending on the available program options, however, you can also define budget deficits by setting a usage rate other than 100%.
