Documentation
Use
This indicator only takes effect for documents with different local and document currency. The processing of earmarked funds is independent of indicators. When saving earmarked funds the amounts are converted into the respective local currency from the document currency. The conversion takes place either with the exchange rate entered or- if no entry was made- with the exchange rate stored in the system. In the parked document both the document and the local currency are stored.
When posting a document with different document and local currency
the indicator has the effect that the local currency is calculated again which means that the document currency is converted again with the current local currency. If the indicator was not set, the system adopts the local currency from the parked document when posting.
