Definition
This indicator controls:
- How revenue increasing the budget affects the expenditure budget
- Which functions are allowed in budgeting
Additional revenues justify additional expenditures
Additional revenue always increases the expenditure budget.
Revenue shortfalls necessitate expenditure shortfalls
Additional revenue does not increase the expenditure budget.
In budgeting, you can enter an expenditure shortfall in the assigned expenditure FM account assignments.
Manual budget increase
Additional revenue does not always increase the expenditure budget. The increase program does, however, display the potential budget increases and you can make these manually.
Manual transfers of additional revenues
Additional revenue is not taken into consideration for revenues increasing the budget but you are allowed to use it in a manual budget transfer.
Additional revenues and revenue shortfalls
Additional revenue always increases the expenditure budget.
In budgeting, you can enter an expenditure shortfall in the assigned expenditure FM account assignments.
