You use this field to determine how the expenditure FM account assignment (which you have defined in the distribution rules in master data maintenance) affects the revenue increasing the budget during document entry.

If you have flagged this field, when entering a revenue increasing the budget, the expenditure FM account assignment entered is checked against the generic expenditure FM account assignment assigned in the rules for revenues increasing the budget.

You can only use this function if you are using the EU Funds Management.
