Use
The grouping characteristics allowed in a cover pool are summarized in the characteristics group.
In assigning grouping characteristics individually to FM account assignments participating in a cover pool, you can group these FM account assignments for a priority check by the active availability control (AAC).
When posting to an FM account assignment participating in a cover pool, the active availability control first checks whether there is enough budget available for those FM account assignments having the same grouping characteristic.
The order in which the active availability control then continues and, if required, claims budget in the FM account assignments subject to cover can not be influenced by you.
In grouping, you only define that budget of FM account assignments having the same characteristic is claimed first before the budget of FM account assignments have another or no characteristic is claimed.
