Due Date for Earmarked Funds (only year is displayed)

Use

By entering a due date, you stipulate the time (period and fiscal year) as of which the budget is earmarked. In many cases, this date establishes when a line item is due. You only have to enter the fiscal year and the due date is derived by the process.

For example, if you assign to an order, this date determines the time at which the commitment is generated.

Dependencies

In Funds Management, the due date only has controlling effect if you have stipulated in the update profile that the due date is to be included in the period assignment of commitment data for the relevant value types (such as funds commitment).
