The indicator means that budget availability is checked for the reassigned budget structure elements. Budget overruns are displayed as a warning in a list.

If you set this indicator, the program starts as a test run. No data is converted.

If you do not set this indicator and you start the program as a production run, the data is converted. Any budget overruns are then displayed in a log after reconstructing the assigned values.
