You use the specifying of a minimum revenue if additional revenues are to increase the expenditure budget only when the amount specified here is exceeded.

If you are using the distribution procedure, you can specify how minimum revenue should affect the budget in the customizing of revenues increasing the budget.

• Increases the budget
  If the total of the accumulated revenues is less than the minimum amount, these revenues will increase the expenditure budget in the surplus FM account assignment.
  
• Does not increase the budget
  If the total of the accumulated revenues is less than the minimum amount, these revenues will not increase the expenditure budget.
