Defines that the entry BLANK is a permitted value for the account assignment element funded program.

Dependencies
When making these settings, you need to check that no apportionment or distribution of the account assignment element funded program BLANK can be defined in Controlling. This means that the funded program BLANK cannot be apportioned to another funded program. The funded program BLANK isonly passed from the sender to the receiver.
In addition to this, when posting the value it is not possible to overwrite an existing value for the funded program with BLANK.
