Use
The percentage rate determines what portion of the revenue in the expenditures FM account assignment assigned to the revenues FM account assignment may have a budget increasing effect.
In the distribution procedure, the remainder of the revenue which is not distributable flows into the FM account assignment for surplus funds.
In the call procedure, the remainder of the revenue which is not distributable flows into the revenues FM account assignment.
Procedure
Enter a percentage rate. Otherwise, the revenues of this revenues FM account assignment are not available for budget increases.
Examples
You have stipulated that 80% of a revenue may be budget increasing. If a revenue of $1,000 is posted in the revenues FM account assignment, $800 has a budget increasing effect in the expenditures FM account assignment.
In the distribution procedure, the revenue remainder of 20% ($200) flows into the FM account assignment for surplus funds.
In the call procedure, the revenue remainder of 20% ($200) flows in the revenues FM account assignment.
Dependencies
If you have defined an interval (minimum revenue and upper limit), only those revenues have a budget increasing effect in the expenditures FM account assignment that are within the interval.
If, in accordance with the example above, you have defined a minimum revenue = $100 and upper limit = $500, only a total of $400 of a posting of $1000 are distributed to expenditure FM account assignments.
In the distribution procedure, $600 flow into the FM account assignment for surplus funds.
In the call procedure, $600 flow into the revenues FM account assignment.
If you have stipulated in Customizing that the minimum revenue should not have a budget increasing effect, $400 will be distributed to the expenditure FM account assignments; only $500 will flow into the FM account assignment for surplus funds; $100 that were specified as minimum revenue will remain in the revenues FM account assignment.
