Definition

Stipulates that active availability control only issues a warning and not an error message when budget is exceeded in cover eligibility.

Use

If you set this indicator, postings to FM account assignments can exceed the budget by an unlimited amount. The budget resulting from the cover eligibility relationships is used in full when the budget is exceeded. The amount exceeding the budget is recorded in the checked FM account assignment as an own assignment.

Take note: If postings cause the budget to be exceeded, additional postings can still exceed the budget, though it is not permitted for budget changes to do so.

If you do not set this indicator, the system will issue an error message if the budget (100%) is exceeded.
