Use
This date is saved in the document header of a document posted in Financial Accounting. It is also saved at line level in the Funds Management line items during an update to Funds Management.
This entry date is then used during payment matching for time-based assignments of postings in the components Financial Accounting and Funds Management. It is used to identify the document lines to be matched.
- If the posting day is active, the selection date is identical to the posting day.
- If the posting day is not active, the selection date is identical to the entry date.
