You specify the sequence of the cover types "revenues increasing the budget", "unilateral cover eligibility", and "reciprocal cover eligibility" here. If postings are made to an expenditure FM account assignment which does not have enough budget of its own, availability control checks from which other FM account assignments the affected account assignment could obtain budget from. The program checks this in the sequence you specify with this field entry.
